Yarrow Point, located in King County, and the greater Seattle area of the State of Washington, at longitude W122° 13' and latitude N47° 39' about 5 miles from downtown Seattle. The town of Yarrow Point is bordered on three sides by the eastern shoreline of Lake Washington and by the cities of Kirkland, Clyde Hill, Medina and the Town of Hunts Point. This peninsula covers approximately 231 acres, has 4.32 miles of streets, and includes about 405 homes housing an estimated population of 1,018 residents.
The Town of Yarrow Point belongs to A Regional Coalition for Housing, or ARCH. ARCH is an organization created by eastside cities and King County to preserve and increase the supply of housing for low and moderate income households in East King County. Among the coalition's membership are: King County, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and several other eastside cities.
